Juan was extraordinary in explaining exactly what he would be doing, asking if there were special requests, answering questions. He worked fast and was interested before he left to know that we were satisfied with his service. He went above and beyond! I liked that the technician wore boots on his shoes, he was very informative, he got out the rust stains that I thought were permanent. He tried to get out old discoloration around the edges that has been there a long time. He didn't charge anymore than the quote that we got over the phone. He was fast, and did extra work on the stairway. The carpet looks really nice. It smells good too! All and all a very good job.

Tim and Nate worked miracles on a beige carpet that had stains from normal wear and puppy stains.

I was very pleased with how simple the whole process was and the extra effort to accommodate me with a quick appointment due to when I was moving into the house. The price was very fair and the results were very good. I also was very pleased with the person who did the cleaning and his professionalism and politeness.
