I like the quality of the product as to how it works. It does what you say it will do. I would also say that all 5 of your personnel that were in our home this past week showed a high quality work ethic and dedication to the company. That is a good combination to have.

The two young men who did the cleaning were neat, polite, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The carpets look great. We had not had zerorez before and we certainly would have them again. I have already told friends how happy we are with the results.

On time. Immaculate job done by Daylon Hopkins who was very professional. He helped with furniture and ensured he had his booties on inside the house. He also made sure the wood floors were protected and kept dry. My carpets look very clean. By the time he left, our carpets were dry. I have a few other carpet cleaners. Zerorez was so far the best and they beat my expectations.

Great cleaning and wonderful professional service. We had a unique situation that required two callbacks to remedy. That involved 3 different techs that were all very personable and professional. I wish every service company I dealt with was this good. Our 26 year old white carpet looks like brand new.

I liked the way the carpets looked and the nice clean smell. The person who did it was friendly
and professional. I would use Zerorez again. I was very pleased that he would clean my area
rug on the floor. For that reason alone, I would use the company again.

The guy was friendly, professional, and explained what was going to happen before it happened. I lost my gift card because I just moved and my house was covered in boxes and he applied the credit for me, anyway.
