Your technician was incredibly professional, timely, and very nice to me. He made me feel comfortable. He did an excellent job. The carpets we're old and heavily trafficked. He made them look almost new and he took the time to do the job right. He didn't rush it.
Also that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals that leave a sticky film was nice. The carpets felt soft after they dried. Not hard and stiff.

Flexible about change of schedule (my fault). Used no products that were harmful. The fellows who did the work were efficent and cheerful. All in all, it was a happy process. I did move all the furniture myself and the guys thanked me for that!

Both for the Duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning the people were very professional and friendly. They went over everything before they started and showed me the areas of concern, etc. after they were done. I've already recommended them to my contractor for people needing either thing done.
