The technician who cleaned our 3 rooms and hallway was very efficient and there wasn't a lot of pressure to add more rooms or applications. I did think that the dry time would be less for a professional cleaning, but it seemed to take the same amount of time as when I cleaned them myself

Guys do a nice job and moved furniture as requested. Certainly will take a week or two to see if the dirt paths return. Cleaning typically looks good when done but often problem areas return. Too early to comment on the long term results
No pressure, everything was explained very clearly and service was fast and well done. Tech that performed the cleaning took the time to talk to me about my carpet and areas of concern as well as the quality of my carpet. I will continue to use Zerorez because of the service I recieved.
