Dominique was excellent. Very professional. Worked extra hard trying to get urine out of carpet. Not completely sure yet if it worked but he did a great job for us. Got out some coffee stains also.

The technician, Alexander Just was amazing! So polite and very attentive, he literally was putting his nose in the pee spots to make sure the smell came out of the carpet. He walked through the process with me to ensure I was aware of what he was doing, he asked me to look at the first room he did to make sure it was up to my standard. I have NEVER received service like this for carpet cleaning. I will never use a different carpet cleaner again!
