Dave did a very thorough treatment of our rugs - Level 2 localized treatment in 8 - 10 areas in addition to level 1 treatment elsewhere. He took the time to explain everything as well.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that I don't end up with detergent residue to collect dirt and the protectant is all natural. Technicians are upfront about what they think will or won't come out of carpet. They also make sure you understand the difference between a stain and carpet wear. I am always happy with the job Zerorez does for me.

Caleb was patient, courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to understand what I needed. He cleaned my carpet and furniture beautifully. I have been using carpet cleaning services for 25 years and have never been more pleased. I will continue to use Zerorez. I have 2 grandchildren and am so happy knowing there is nothing in the carpet (which they spend a bit of time on) to harm them.
