This is the 3rd time I've used Zerorez and they did a great job. As I understand this was Trey's first job not as a "trainee". He did a fabulous job! He was very detailed explaining all the services to me and how the cleaners would work on the pet stains we had. He was very thorough making sure I understood every step of the process, and always checking to see if I had any questions. He went the extra mile working on a particularly tough stain, which was so nice, since we are looking to sell our house shortly. You should feel very confident and lucky to have Trey as an employee. No chemicals

I like that the products are natural and not adding soaps or other chemicals to our carpets. We have grandchildren that play on the floors and crawl on them and have their toys on the floors; and knowing there are no chemicals that can harm them is a great comfort to us!
The men who came to clean our carpets were very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. They were very good about informing me of all the products that were available to me, and gave good input about the best way to care for my carpet, so it last long and keeps looking good.
I appreciated their carefulness to my household things and cleaning up afterwards was great.
So over all I would say I was very happy about the results of their cleaning and everything looked great. Very nice young men!

Quick, courteous service. Cleaned my rug splendidly. Too expensive however; paid $99 (minimum amount) for a 2.5'x6' rug, pretty spendy.

Everything. The return calls, the call telling me when you'd be at my house, the call informing me he'd be at the house in 15 minutes. The fact that you use hot water/steam/whatever. The efficiency of the worker, the end product: a clean carpet.

I didnt care for the chlorine/bleach smell when carpet was wet. Im glad thw smell is gone now that rhe carpet is dry.
