Our old dirty grimy carpeting actually got clean. Jaime did a great job getting all the nasty stains out. We love our fresh carpets and sofa.

Mark did an amazing job. We had many stains from our dogs that left a smell, and by the time mark left, the stains were gone and the smell left too! We are extremely happy with our service and plan to use Zerorez again in the future!

The fact there are no harmful chemicals used, the super-clean results and the speed with which the job was completed. Setting up the appointment was quick and I got the day I wanted. The gentleman who did our cleaning arrived within the indicated time window, did an excellent job and gave us a thorough explanation of the protectant which we chose to have applied. He was also very pleasant to work with and left everything in good order when he left out home.

There's no build up in my berber carpet and it's so clean! They even came back a second time to get rid of several stubborn stains. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my high quality carpet. The gentlemen are always knowledgable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Zerorez!

The results exceeded what I had anticipated. Old stains are gone. Your technician was polite and well informed. He made certain I understood ALL aspects of the job. There were no surprises. My carpet is drying faster than with previous cleanings.

I'm not sure if it was just the awesomeness of the service technician that came out or if the Empowered Water really makes that much of a difference, but our carpet came out fantastic. I seriously did not expect our eight year old carpet, which was never professionally cleaned before, to come out looking as good as it did. ZEROREZ truly exceeded my expectations from the professionalism of the service technician, to the downright cleaning power of their Empowered Water.

Friendly staff both on the phone and the technician that came to the house. The technician did a great job explaining how he was going to proceed. The furniture and carpets looked great.
