Exceeding my expectations. Our carpet was ready for the dumpster, or so we thought. After the cleaning done by Zerorez the carpet looks new in many areas. Ground in dirt was gone a nd most of the pet stains were completely or nearly looking like new. I was not just impressed - I was speechless.

Amazing customer service! Matt & Joe were the technicians that came out to clean our carpets. They were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable, etc. I will for sure have Zerorez back out to clean after I build my new house. My carpet turned out extremely nice.

We felt that the carpet in my office needed replacing and that is not the case after Dave brought it back to life. I have had carpets cleaned in the past but there always seemed to be a residue afterwards.
