They were very prompt, efficient and did a very good job on cleaning our carpets.
You can always fit me in, even when I have short notice! It is a "clean" clean, no soapy crunchy feel when dry. Also carpets are dry in less then a day. You staff is awesome, always polite and professional. Will never use another carpet cleaning company, you are the BEST!

just damp, not wet. The water doesn't really have a chemical smell to it like other carpet cleaners do. I also
like how they treat the dog spots before cleaning.

I've switched to Zerorez a few years ago now, after being frustrated that our former company was not able to get out stains. Also, the stains that they did remove, showed up quickly again after they left.
With Zerorez, they have gotten tough stains out of the carpet and they do not come back again. It's chemical free, so safe for our granddaughter and the rest of us. We have Zerorez come back yearly and it's so worth it.

Zerorez gets the carpet clean, dries fast and makes the whole house seem cleaner. What I like most about Zerorez is how professional the people are from the being to the end. Also they're very knowledgeable about their product. They will come back and redo your carpet if you are not satisfied. However, we never had to have them back because they do it right the first time.
