We were so thankful cleaning was available on weekends and were able to book appt in less than 4 days at our new house. We appreciate the "greener" methods used to clean our carpets and the fast dry time. Also the nice citrus scent. The previous owner left us filthy carpets and not all the stains came out, but about 98%! We're very happy and could lay down on the carpet with confidence it was really clean the next morning.

I had used Zerorez for carpet cleaining for the first time last year and 10 days ago I had a sick dog which lead me to call Zerorez again. The technician was able to take care the major issue of a dog accident throughout my home. Yesterday I stuck my nose right in the carpet of some of the areas affected and smell is gone. I am very impressed considering how bad the initial situation was. Derrick took the time to explain the process he was going to use and spent the time to work the plan which lead to the success of the cleaning. I had thought the situation was going to be hopeless, but the carpet was saved! Not everybody would give this attention to detail, the explanation, and follow through. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

The think the method is good for the carpet and this latest cleaning was done by a very good technician that did not try to talk me into upgrades and additions. He offered them but did not push (which was my last experience).
