The service tech was very professional. Only thing I don't like is all the additional fees for everything extra. . .gets to be a little spendy. Main reason I wanted carpets cleaned was b/c we have dog. The Enzyme should be part of the standard cleaning, not double the cost. . .
This is my third time using Zeroez Carpet Cleaners and have always been very satisfied. Steve arrived early after asking my permission, he was very courteous and informative. My 20 year old carpet looks like new. I would definitely use them again not only for my carpet but for other of their services I might need.
I like no residue smell when they are finished cleaning the carpets. The price is reasonable for the carpet because I get in some of the better times of the year but the cleaning cost for furniture is pretty high.

I appreciated the calls to notify me of a delay and a heads up that the service person was on his way on Wednesday. Both men who came Tuesday and Wednesday were very professional. The assessment of Tuesday's visit was disheartening. We were impressed that a second assessment was made on Wednesday at no cost to us, which proved the first one to be incorrect. Aaron checked with a Master Plumber and decide to try something else, found the problem and took care of it. We were relieved.

Customer service was excellent, from my initial call (first time customer) to your technician's call to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving early. My only disappointment was that my expectations were that dark areas would be gone, but it was explained before he started that the dark areas would only be lightened, and why. Apparently, I had unrealistic expectations.

I did miss the pretty orange scent from previous times. But he said he didn't recommend that if it wasn't needed. So I trusted his judgment. There is something nice about having your carpets cleaned and smelling that fresh light citrus scent afterwards.
