I felt the rep and his service were excellent. One thing I wasn't real happy about was if I didn't ask specifically for an item to be moved so the carpet could get cleaned underneath it didn't get moved. I don't think I should have to tell a carpet cleaning professional to move an end table or coffee table and clean underneath. That one little thing bugged me. I was otherwise completely with the techs work. Overall I would rate the techs work and satisfaction with the outcome excellent. Would I recommend them to my friends? ABSOLUTELY.
