Chris # 831 was my initial experience with Zerorez. I have had carpets cleaned before but have never had so much attention to detail and commitment to giving me the best possible result. My unique cleaning issues were analyzed and changes made to my initial appointment to give the best result as well as recommendations to follow up on after the cleaning . I feel that Chris went far above and beyond what others would have done and I have already told my co-workers what a positive experience it was.

I was very happy with the professional cleaning of my carpets. Fernando was on time & very efficient when he arrived at my house. I also like the fact that Zerorez leaves no residue or smell - just very clean carpets!
