Caleb was patient, courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to understand what I needed. He cleaned my carpet and furniture beautifully. I have been using carpet cleaning services for 25 years and have never been more pleased. I will continue to use Zerorez. I have 2 grandchildren and am so happy knowing there is nothing in the carpet (which they spend a bit of time on) to harm them.

I like how soft my carpets feel now, and I was very happy that Eric was able to get out the dirtiest spots. Mostly, I liked Eric, and the care he took. He was exceedingly careful with the hose and cord, didn't run them through the yard, instead laying them along pavement. Also, when he first came, I was ready to have him park in our driveway, but he wouldn't because we have blacktop, and he explained that the truck could cause a mark, especially on a hot day. He is a real asset to you.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 3 times in the last maybe 12 years and have always liked the way my carpet looks - fresh and clean. I have recommended Zerorez to several people and they used your services also. My house smells so nice and fresh and clean after a cleaning. My dog has accidents occasionally and the technicians always know what to do to get those stains out. Keep up the good work!! I've seen 3 technicians so far and enjoyed all 3 of them - they know what they're doing. Keep up the good work!!
