I was told during the estimate phone call what would happen, and I was told by the team that came to do the work what was going to happen, and they did what they said they would do.

I like that it was done just with water, but my only issue with chemicals is the disposal of them. I doubt that the residue is an issue. Either way, I would not care that they were used on my carpet, just that they would be in the waste.

Ian was friendly and polite. He also explained what he was going to do... and how long I should let it dry. He worked hard. I had two spots. He removed one in my bedroom - my eagle eye cannot see it anymore. Unfortunately, he could not remove the glue stain completely. Not his fault. Glue sticks to the fibers... that's what it's meant to do.
