So I would have given a rating of 10 but we still had a few spots in our main living room after the carpet dried. Most dirt/spots came out though. I love Zerorez! The carpets look like new after a cleaning and there's no chemical smell or residue left over! I recommend Zerorez & wouldn't go with anyone else now!

It was a very positive experience. The person I talked with when I scheduled the appointment and the technician were both very friendly and helpful. I did not really think that my carpeting would clean very well. There were some spots that we had tried to remove ourselves with no success. Steve did an excellent job. It almost looks like new carpeting! He was also very competent in explaining the products and the process used. Thanks so much for a job well done!

I love that no chemicals are used and that it's a very quick process. Our carpet was almost dry by the time our cleaning was done. It looks 100% better!

It was good showed up in the time window,The only thing I think you should do is enclude the $14.oo disposal fee in your price because it is not 3 rooms for $159.00 it is $173.00 plus tax I feel that is kind of false advertising so that is what I tell my friends.

The service man was wonderful and very informative. He worked continuously and was very friendly. Didn't do the free duct cleaning demo but didn't mind. The products are safe for animals so good for my dog.
