long hours and liked that when i called the arrival time windows were known - didn't have to wonder what time of the day they would get to the house for the service. Appreciated that Caleb called to let me know when he left to arrive at the house. Caleb was very friendly and offered other services but didn't pressure me into buying. Although he put covers on his feet the wood floors in our entry way got pretty dirty. Overall very pleased with Caleb and Zerorez!

Technician walked through the area and explained what he would be doing and how he could address spots. The initial call to schedule an appointment was easy and pleasant with follow-up throughout the process until the time of cleaning.
