I liked the professional level of service, the speed in which the service was completed, and the open level of communication throughout the process. Sometimes its embarrassing to open up your home to a service provider, especially when it is to show off your NASTY carpets...but I didn't feel ashamed at all with Nathan. He just got the job done!

What I like most is that there is no detergent left in the carpet which I know attracts more dirt over time.

I like the fact that you don't use soaps and chemicals in your water that just attracts soil. I was so happy to see the different things you use to protect the floors , corners of the doorways and the furniture when you are moving the hose around. I like the powerful extraction tool you use and I see you are now using a newer wand for extraction that looks a lot more powerful, but lighter for the tech to use. I really appreciate the respect and courtesy I was given . Quincy, a senior tech cleaned and respected our home as if it were his and how he would treat his home. I liked the fans you used to help the drying time and also the door cover you put on to keep the cold air out of the house while cleaning was done. I lastly liked the covers the tech put on his shoes each time when he would come in from outside. Thank you Zerorez!
