Great customer service by Alexis on the phone and excellent cleaning by Jordan Thomas. Alexis took care of a service timing issue with calmness and an excellent customer service focus, and Jordan delivered the 3 room cleaning in a professional and hard working manner. Jordan is very personable, customer sensitive and made some excellent recommendations on our carpet. I recommend that he be a trainer of the new cleaning technicians - he's that good. Also, it was a very rainy day, and he cleaned up after himself extremely well.
