The oil from a machine shop can get imbedded very deeply into the carpets in the front offices. The carpets came out better than expected. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Very nice person to work with.
I submitted a survey recently and was totally impressed with the quick response of Dave. He listened to my concerns and promptly made a follow up visit to correct the spots that came back up on the carpet. He did everything to make sure I was satisfied.
