The technician that came to our home spent sever minutes explaining in full detail what he was about to do in the process of cleaning our carpets. He explained the positive that would most likely happen as a result to cleaning the carpets and he explained the possible negatives that could happen. He was very thorough in covering all aspects of cleaning our carpets. I appreciated him in being honest and up front with my wife and me. He is truly an asset to the Zerorez Company. When the time comes to clean our carpets again I will ask for the same technician to do the cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very professional. Both technicians who came to our house were courtious, very professional and knew what they were doing. I also liked the fact that they were very careful around my furniture, etc. I called them to come back to go over an area and that was no problem.
