The service was great. There are two small stains in the master that didn't come out. I tried the new stain product I purchased. Hopefully that will take care of it. Otherwise it looks great. Thanks!

My appointment was easy to schedule, with many available times. Also, when I needed to change my time at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict Zerorez was very accommodating. The service technician arrived promptly, was friendly, explained everything he was doing and did a great job!

Our technician that came to our house did an awesome job! A hard worker and paid attention to the details. Very impressed.

carpets and floors are cleaned well with no soap or chemical residue
well-trained, very knowledgeable technicians with good customer service skills
