Very efficient and professional team of two. In and out in just over an hour. Estimate upon arrival and no nonsense although they did offer some type of extra restorative ser vice at $30 per area which we declined. Good up-selling on the part of Zerorez crew.

Scott Lloyd, your technician, was very competent and did an excellent job. He was kind and considerate, and explained everything about the process and pricing as he went along. There is no residue left on the carpets and no odor. Feels very clean and fresh. LOVE IT!
I like that it is "green" with no after residue from soaps and cleaning products and no odors.

I had scheduled a duct and dryer vent cleaning but there was a breakdown in communications between the scheduling and technician so only the ducts were cleaned. I called the next morning and you scheduled another tech to come out that day. He was great and now I'm completely satisfied with the service. Thanks for the quick resolution and great customer service.
