Due the fact that carpet was 4 years old and had never been cleaned, I wasn't expecting to be very pleased with the outcome. To my surprise the carpet looks almost new with the exception of the heavy traffic areas which look pretty darn themselves. Ryan was VERY knowledgeable and professional and personable at the same time. He even called us in to see the progress after he got started. We were thrilled. I just like the fact you do not soap or chemicals of any sort. Soap residue just hastens the carpeting to getting dirty sooner.

There is no better way to clean carpeting & upholstery!! I would never consider using a company that adds soap/chemicals to a carpeting, and fail to completely rinse it clean. That would be the equivalent of washing your clothes with soap and letting them dry without rinsing.....yuck!!
