I like the professionalism, both on the phone and in person. I liked the fact that they call you ahead of time when they are on their way. I liked that they took time to explain how they clean the carpets. The carpet dried in less than 8 hours! I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Extremely professional. Explained what he was doing and why high traffic areas may not come 100% clean, but to everyone's surprise they did. Steve and his trainee (sorry, forgot his name) were respectful of our home. They worked hard to make the 12 yr old carpet look nearly new. They engaged in conversation with me while they worked. Didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. We have used other companies and cleaned the carpets ourselves before and this is the cleanest we have seen the carpets including the steps. Thank you!!
