Customer service is always great and they have flexible schedules that are very accomodating. My carpets are always clean and they don't push extra cleaning or products on me unless they really feel they are needed.
Dennis and Dave: Appreciated the second visit. Our 20 yr old carpet is holding it's own. The new product used did remove the orange-like stains from the first cleaning. Though the wine spots did not budge, mea culpa...the stairs down to the entrance came clean, in fact cleaner then our second flight to bedrooms and bath. Also, the carpet dried faster without a stickiness to them. Our cat had no problem walking on them after Dave left! I think that the steel smaller vacuum head works better than the larger plastic one. Also, the effort Dave put into our problem orange spot areas and other stains was welcome and worked. Thank you for caring about the quality in customer care. Hopefully continued research and product development with such stains as wine, pet food stains etc will improve your overall carpet cleaning business. Carry on. I will return to you as a customer.
