I like your products but the best thing about your company is your employees. Derek was professional, intelligent, helpful, and nice. I really appreciated him educating on carpet issues with pets, working with me on doing additional cleaning of couch and chairs. You are very lucky to have such a great worker. Oh, and he smiles and is happy while working. Refreshing person to have in my home! I will highly recommend him to others.
The tech was nice and knowledgeable. He was efficient. We have some tough, heavy traffic areas that look much better. I have already referred a friend to Zerorez since yesterday when my carpet was cleaned.
what i liked was the honesty that Dave showed me! he didnt just do a treatment that really wouldnt work on a pet issue. we communicated over the phone with calls and picture text because i was on my way out of town for a funeral. thank you very much! you will be my next call in the new year.
