The dudes that came out to our house to clean the ducts (33 openings), furnace/ac (geothermal), and clean carpet in several areas (6 kids) were professional, courteous, and timely. We asked for before and after pictures of the ducts; yikes, what a difference! We are breathing easier and our carpets look new again.

I was able to get all my questions answered by Andy before scheduling an appointment, get a general estimate and get it scheduled within 1week. Juan arrived on time and explained everything before the work was started with a itemized list of services to agree upon. He was friendly, quick and throrough with his work. The results were wonderful on the carpet and furniture, I was very satisfied and will use their services again.

Very informative............actually convinced me to not have two bedrooms cleaned, rather recommended replacement carpet. I will continue to use Zero.
The fellow that did my carpeting was wonderful. In fact I told him he should get employee of the month. He was so careful when he moved my furniture, and so polite to talk with me. I have recommended the company Zerorez to someone today.
