The technician was very friendly, easy to talk to, and seemed to do a very good job. We may need a little more time to assess how the carpet & cleaned chair turn out.

Both the technician and myself forgot about the issue of a duct-work cleaning assessment; but, that was ok.

I had no idea the amount of chemicals and cleaners we were using on our carpets until Marcel started extracting them. The amount of residue extracted was enormous. Marcel worked his tail off to get every bit out. Marcel was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He's a great asset to your company. The carpets throughout the house look the best they have in years. There are no odors nor any phony fragrances. The whole house looks and smells fresh. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
