After having Zerorez cleaned my ductwork, I realized that in the past, the duct work cleaning firms only cleaned the air return ducts. I like knowing that all the ducts have been cleaned -- some probably for the first time since the house was built in 1960 (I have only lived her 10 years).

Like the concept of minimal soap/detergent being used so that there's "zero residue" left in the carpet. The technicians were professional, and we were satisfied with the work that was done.

I was very pleased with the senior technician we had this time. He did a fantastic job, was very nice, and went above and beyond to take care of the majority of my flooring (which was not part of the original request). He was very efficient and I could tell he was very skilled at his job.
