No soapy residue, carpets seem very soft after cleaning. The tech was very friendly and professional. I liked the weekend service which allowed flexibility with not having to take vacation to be home on a weekday.

My professional did an outstanding job. My only issue is with your process. I realize that you need a window but handcuffing me without any notice until I call you is not right. I spent over $300 with you and you néed to realize my time is valuable also. Your rep works long hours and also deserves to have someone manage this from the inside. I wasted 3 plus hours waiting. If my window is 3 hours at least you could have told me I was your last appt. of the day. The rep finished at 6:15 and did a great job. In the future work to enhance your customers experience. Thanks.

Came out right away. Did what was promised. Had a nasty stain and really worked hard on it. I think it is gone. I am going to be out of town during the 30 days guarantee time period and you willingly extended my 30 days to report a problem with my stain until I got home.
