The person, Jon Schonning, who was the technician who cleaned our carpets from your company was very knowledgable and very considerate. He wore covers for his shoes and told me the entire cleaning would take an hour and a half and he was correct.

Very pleasant guys to work with. They explained everything before they started and asked me questions along the way. There were no surprises. The only downside, about which they most likely can do nothing, was that the very strong orange smell gave me a headache. They did a nice job and I'm very happy with their service.
