Service was great, Jon arrived when he said he would. Was very thorough explaining how he would clean the carpet and how dry it would be when he was done etc. Carpet turned out very clean and dried quickly with ceiling fan and furnace on over night. Able to move all furniture back in place the following morning. Definitely would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

I'm a first time customer of Zerorez for any service. The entire process was well-organized and enjoyable. Getting a callback from a courteous person after making the appointment online was great. I like the phone call follow up with the arrival window a couple of days prior. The pricing (estimate) was upfront. The "cleaner" Matt called ahead and was great. Very knowledgeable, polite, and impressed me with the little things like taking the time to explain things and when he plugged the 220 plug back in for the range, he even reset the clock! Great service from beginning to end.
