Great Customer Service and clean carpets!!

I contacted your company to see if you could get rid of pet odors better than the competitors. I was told if I bought several 100 hundred dollars of the "flushing fluid" it would help. I did get a disclaimer, if you don't spend an additional $500 (outside of) the $800 I can't guarantee it won't smell. Well, guess what, didn't opt for the additional $500 because I had no guarantee it would work. Not sure if I got scammed or not. I just think spending almost $1000 to clean a small basement, stairs, hallway and one bedroom is a lot of money especially when it didn't improve the smell of the room. Maybe that is the going rate or maybe it is a gimmick. I will never know.....

It was very convenient and reasonably priced to have my carpets cleaned while your company was also cleaning the common areas in our high rise condo, the Gallery Tower building. I would definitely have your company clean my carpets every time you are in the building. I was very happy with my results.
