Jordan and Dominic were the nicest technicians I have ever worked with! We are beyond impressed with how our 12 year old carpet turned out. Our carpet WAS very old and dingy and we were close to throwing it out, but NOW, after the great cleaning it feels brand new! I really do want to commend Jordan and Dominic for being so polite, informative, and all around wonderful. We will definitely use Zerorez for future cleanings and we've already been telling friends and family how impressed and beyond satisfied we are. This was our first time having our carpets professionally cleaned, and it won't be our last! Thank you!!

Mike was the tech that came to my home, Mike showed me what he was about to do, he explained what the services were and how they worked. He explain any and all options I had. He was very professional and made sure that I understood what he was about to do, he asked me several times if I had any questions. I work in the service world, I deal with customer's all day, if half my team was as professional as Mike was, my job would be a lot more enjoyable. Great job Mike. !!
