Derek explained exactly what he would be doing to clean our carpets, was polite, efficient and careful. We are very pleased with the results as our carpets are very old and have significant wear patterns.

The overall level of service was great. From the initial phone call to schedule until the service was complete everything was highly professional. I love the way my carpets look and feel. It doesn't have that "tacky" feel and "overly fragrant" smell. And it's great that you provide Saturday service.
