Does a good job of cleaning carpets-This is 2nd. year inb a row that my $ 149 for 3 rooms has cost me over $ 450.00 because of the add ons.

The technician was polite, thorough, and respectful. Did a nice job cleaning the carpet. One suggestion, I personally would like to know what is not included in the quoted price when making the appointment. I was surprised that I had to pay extra per room for the protectant. $30 per room seems high, especially since one room had very little area to cover. But all in all a good experience.
