Your 3-room special pricing is deceiving--small hallways add up quickly as nearly full 15'x15' rooms. I clearly gave estimator the measured upstairs and downstairs square yard areas (per original carpet installers) and received an estimate of $258 + tx including fees. The bill agreed upon after Owen assessed the job was over $400 after he agreed to "throw in" some no cost areas.

It's a green clean and I purchased the solution to take up little spills and it does a fantastic job. I tripped going up the stairs and spilled hot chocolate all over the carpet and I was positive the stain would come out and it did. I love Zerorez.

I like the fact that there is a fresh orange smell instead of a chemical smell. The carpet looks and feels great after it is clean. Steps take a long time to dry but the main carpet areas dry fast. Staff is friendly and takes great care of their customers.
