Great employees who walked me through the cleaning process step by step. Our wooden floors were smeared after going on the carpet through the kitchen to upstairs. i cleaned the floors with our wooden floor swimmer pads but the solution from the carpet onto the wooden floors just smeared the wooden floor so I spent a half hour hand cleaning the floors.

Zerorez stands behind their work. We had a "wicking" problem with our carpet - the carpet looked good when the cleaning person left but developed stains during the drying process due to some dirt under the carpet. Zerorez scheduled a follow-up appointment and re-cleaned the carpet at no charge and the wicking issue disappeared.
