Steve Morris was very informative about the cleaning processes for my carpet and rugs. I had issues with pet accidents, and the carpet was fresh smelling after the cleaning, and dried very quickly. I am sure that I will be pleased with the rugs also. I especially appreciate the method of cleaning where soap is not left in the carpet, only to draw more dirt at a later time.. Steve was very professional, and I will definitely request him next time I call Zerorez.
