There was also an employee in training that assisted in the cleaning. He did an excellent job and was able to answer most of my questions. Everyone was so nice and helpful from customer service/phone to the actual technicians. I called and left a phone message asking about dryer lint. It was just left outside the house after service. Is that normal?
