Extremely satisfied with the quality service of your technicians. However, it is vital that they change the ability to provide a receipt on the spot. Your accountants need to know what property addresses were serviced. When we called to get a receipt, they were not even aware that they serviced the property. When we did receive the receipt, the service address was still incorrect. Correct address: 4320 280th St W, Castle Rock, MN. The mailing address was correct. However, the accountant had things all goofed up on the phone.

Friendly, effective and efficient service. We had SEVERAL black grease stains on the office carpet from our mechanic walking through. We thought we'd have to replace the carpet but decided to try having ZEROREZ clean it first. Their products, method, and professional got everything out and, I'm not kidding, the carpet looked fantastic! We won't use any other carpet cleaning service from now on!!

Mike was very good. I really appreciated the explanations and the time he took to get things correct. I can certainly tell the difference in air flow and dust in the house. Mike was going to share some information with me on my REMI air purifier, the element is bad and I need to replace it. Can you assist. You guys will also be out to do my carpets this weekend !!!!!

carpets feel great

The service was good, however we had a dog urine spot treated and it still smells like urine, the cleaning didn't seem to do anything to remove any of the odor at all.
