They explained the carpet cleaning process, were careful to protect our home, and worked hard to ensure our complete satisfaction. We really appreciated the professional technician Eric who went above and beyond. He is very skilled, handled all our belongings with respect and care, friendly, helpful, really did a great job. The carpets look amazing and brand new. He also took the time to educate about the cleaning process, the products used, explained every step, and made the entire experience great.
I would request Eric for future services and recommend requesting him to my friends and neighbors. Eric is a role model tech who represents the company he works for with pride.
