No harsh chemicals are used; house smelled like fresh rain or lake on a warm summer day, even in the middle of winter!! It was ok to have pets in the house, and able to walk on carpets even while the carpet was still damp

It was easy to schedule; the person on the phone gave us an accurate estimate, explained the possibilities of what could be additional costs. He was very pleasant and made me feel that I was an important customer. The tech was on time, friendly, gave good explanations of what he would be or was doing. He gave us good follow-up directions of dry time expectations, etc. The carpets looks wonderful! We are very pleased.
