We had a very positive experience with your company. I liked the organized structure of the appointment scheduling and the follow up narrowing down the appointment time as we approached our scheduled day of service. The carpet looks better than it has in years and so far smells much better too. One of your strongest assets is the cleaning technician we had. Odessa was efficient and hard working. She was very conscientious about the work she did as well as keeping our hardwood floors clean of any water residue. She offered options but I never felt pressured to do more than we were comfortable with. We would be comfortable having her back in our home to do more work in the future.
