I've said this a million times. There are two kinds of carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez and those trying to be Zerorez. In my opinion, there isn't a carpet cleaning company that cleans better with great customer service.

I appreciated that all costs were shared while booking our appointment. The service we received was excellent. Steven, the technician that came to our house, was punctual, courteous, thorough, clean, asked us several times what we thought and if we had any concerns with the work being done, showed us the cost upfront, offered us additional services but was not at all overbearing and respectfully accepted our decline, and very professional. I am completely satisfied with the work done in our home.

We called on Saturday morning with an emergency and needed a spot cleaned in our carpet as we were listing the house for sale. The realtors were coming that afternoon to take photos for the listing. Not only were you able to accommodate our same day request, but also got the paint out of the carpet that our painter spilled and attempted to clean up and not tell us about. You are our new cleaner of choice.
