Technicians are always professional and I love that chemicals are not used to clean the carpet.
Overall very satisfied with the experience, however the cleaner didn't do one section of carpet due to us having previously used third party cleaning products for a pet stain. Voiced concerns over potential smell. Only complaint. Thank you for the good work as usual ZEROREZ.
