Tim Zahn and Les were excellent! They explained the process and our present and future options clearly. They worked quickly and efficiently. These gentlemen were a pleasure to have in our home. Of course, the stairway, landings, and hallway that they cleaned look, feel, and smell great! We will absolutely be having Zerorez clean our carpets in the future.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and honest, rather than simply trying to up sell me on services. After initially examining the current state of my carpet we discussed options and my future plans for the house. After discussing and understanding the costs we landed on leaving the carpet as is. Excellent experience would recommend zerorez to anyone.
