I love that zerorez uses natural products,there's no harsh chemical smell. I appreciate that wall corner guards are used. I appreciate attention to detail and professional, courteous manner of the technicians. Last, but not least zerorez make my carpets look decent again almost like new. Better than any other carpet cleaners and I've had more than a few. (Its also appreciate that zerorez gives back to the community)

The young man who did our service {John} was amazing. Careful, friendly (he played with our dog) and answered all of our questions. I'm sure our carpet was the worst he had ever seen. When he was done, it looked like I had just had new carpeting laid. Thank you, thank you for an amazing job. We most surely will use you again. Our next door neighbor came over after John left and asked what I thought - she will be calling you to schedule an appointment. Thank you again for such a great job!!!
My carpet had not been cleaned in quite sometime. I expected it to look cleaner but never expected a 20 year carpet to look almost new.. I was amazed. I am so very happy with the wonderful service and my carpet far exceeded my expectations.
Helen did a great job - she explained everything to me and went over any questions I had prior to getting started. The solution does not have a strong odor and is safe for my dogs.
