They came in the specified window. Were very respectful and professional when they were at my house. They were knowledgable about the product. He explained what was suggested for specific clean ups, and ultimately the solution was less expensive than I anticipated. I've had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez four times and I have no intention of ever having any other company take care of my carpets.
