We have used Zerorez for years with complete satisfaction. Last Sat. the 9th. was no exception. In fact, it was special because Les Coyour came to clean our basement carpet. What a wonderful, professional and kind person he is. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. I cannot recommend him highly enough. In fact, the next time we have the whole house carpet cleaned in the future, which we will, I shall ask for him to do the job and will wait if necessary for his availability. Your product was able to remove the urine smell from my black lab going on my living room Carpet! The service was great and our technician Dustin couldn't have been more professional! He had a truck break down and contacted us right away letting us know he would be late or we could reschedule if the time didn't work. We chose to have him come still which was a Saturday evening and he treated us as if we were the first house of the day! Nothing was rushed and he made sure to explain everything very well. So, I had no questions. He even acknowledged and answered my 3 very young children's questions...and there was a ton! 😉

I liked that Caleb warned me the spot might show up and if it did to call and have him come back. The way it looked when he left originally I didn't think I would need a return visit he did a great job, but the spot did come back and I called and Caleb came back and it looks great now.
