The only negative was that the window time frame which they had left a message a few days before was set for 1-4 but he was here at 10:45. Luckily I was here and it worked out ok.

Product cleaned our carpet traffic areas fabulously.
I had a couple of expensive rugs cleaned by Zeroez and am very pleased with the quality. I just have not been disappointed with Zerorez whether they are cleaning carpets or area rugs.
First, the tech is prepared with tarps, door and wall guards to not damage your home. The tech goes over the areas and furniture you would like cleaned with pricing and suggestions before he starts. I appreciate the time taken to throughly clean and wipe away water that is not on the cleaned areas. The amount of time to dry the cleaned areas is reduced due to the "Empowered water" and system used.
We have only used Zerorez to clean our carpets the last 5 years and will continue in to the future! Thank you Zerorez for another job well done!

I liked the person who came to do the task...Eric? He was very helpful and explained how your procedure and supplies work for our carpet. I learned a lot. He also found stains and soils we had missed noticing. Everything looks really fine. He did a good job. Name removed
Great service. My husband spilled coffee the day after our cleaning. Technicians came out in a snowstorm to help clean it up. Love Zereorez!
Switched to Zerorez several years ago and would never use anyone else. The technicians are extremely competent and easy to have around and do a wonderful job of cleaning. Carpet dries quickly. Zerorez process gets stains out that previous companies left.

Please Please Please tell ur tech's to listen to the customers. Stop rushing and do a good job like it was your own mothers house and you will be fine:)
