I used your company for my rental townhome and they got stains out I thought were impossible to remove! My daughter and son-in-law are expecting a baby soon, and I offered to hire you to clean their carpet. They have 3 dogs and a recent red paint spill. Every step of the cleaning process was explained before it was completed. My service person was informative, neat and thorough. The carpets had to be treated for dog urine and the results were evident, no spots or urine smell.The carpets were just like new. I have used Zerorez 4 times now and would nor think of switching.

I hate to sound like an ad on KQRS but your people know what they are doing and they did a great job. I originally hired Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to do the work. They had inferior equipment and employees who don't know what they are doing. They made the original problem worse, a pet odor, and the carpet was wet for 24 hours. I hired Zerorez the next day and you came out and fixed the problem right away. Expensive lesson to learn but at least I know who to call from now on and it won't be them!
The tech that cleaned our carpet was very nice guy - very professional. He knew we had trouble with the appointment the day before and gave me a bottle of spot cleaner. Very polite and apologized for the previous day's problem even though he was not involved. He did a great job and I like the fresh smell when the carpet is cleaned. It dried relatively fast and looks good.

I was planning on posting a comment on your website today because the service technician, Johnny, was so professional and did such an excellent job on my carpet yesterday! He made my carpet look so good I asked for his name so I could request him again in the future. My carpet, in all 3 rooms is a white birch color and we have a cat we inherited from our daughter. My husband told me not to get my hopes up that Zerorez could help, but we have people coming to stay from England this weekend and I had to do something. I feel such a relief that I used Zerorez before they got here. Instead of hiding my carpet, I'll be showing it off! So happy I called you! Thanks again Johnny, you did an amazing job! Rita

I like the fact you do not have chemicals left behind in the carpet. The carpet is not crunchy to walk on & you don't need to vacume it.
The service was top notched from my initial phone call being answered immediately, to the emails to confirm, the reminder calls & emails prior to service. Very professional.
