no sticky residue - Helen the girl that cleaned our carpets was so amazing an kind. Very polite and explained everything she was doing. Was great with the animals. and when she was done, walked every room with me and asked if there was anything that I wanted touched up. When I have them cleaned again, I would really like her to come back. Very considerate, professional and organized.

There was a problem with the first cleaning. Derek had no hesitation scheduling the second cleanup as promised in your selling materials, and I never sensed any reluctance from you to keep your commitment. This made a huge difference.
Chris was the technician who did the work both times. On the second visit he explained everything he was doing, he did it so very thoroughly, and showed me how he came to his diagnosis of the problem in the rug, which only came to light on the second visit. I was impressed by this thoroughness and the spirit in which it was all done.

The service has always been excellent. The results have been also, for grout cleaning and for carpet cleaning. I know we will use you for upholstery cleaning in the near future as well.
