Very professional technician and upon arrival at my home explained all that she would do, gave me the best service for the money and at the completion of the job she went over all the things she had done and asked if I had any questions. We reviewed the cleaned area together and I requested one small spot be redone which she gladly did. It was then a "Perfect" job. Well done.

I also appreciated that he checked in with me several times during his work to show me the progress he was making. I was especially pleased with the significant improvement in the appearance of a very dirty carpet in our family room area. I was also pleased with the pleasing fresh odor of the products used to clean the carpet.
