friendly neat service person, I was happy with the carpet cleaning I just wasn't sure why the tech didn't clean the bathroom grout that is locatd between the edge floor tile and the wall bull nose tile. I had to do that myself. Otherwise very satisfied.

Terrific customer service. That is VERY hard to find today. Zerorez is one of the few exceptions. Also appreciate the full-service nature of your services. Completely forgot about your tile cleaning until my service technician mentioned it. They added it to my services and my tile looks great! the service was quick. The carpets look good. The technician was friendly and helpful. The carpet got several bumps when wet that concerned me but went away when dry-you might want to let people know that that could happen. I didn't totally freak out right away but someone else might!
