Name removed here, you recently cleaned our wedding rug. I'm hoping you can forward this to the driver who initially showed up at our house for our appointment. That man displayed the best customer service I've literally ever experienced and I work in leadership at the Corporate Campus for Best Buy, specifically around the Customer Experience and Social Media. He was extremely transparent, very honest, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Sure, it means that we could only clean the rug and that replacing the carpet was a better option, but I can tell you that I will never use another service and if any friends/family ask for suggestions, it'll be Zerorez every time. I can't say enough, that guy was incredible and I feel very bad for not remembering his name.
