My carpets have never looked so good after a cleaning! I will not be replacing carpets in 2 rooms and possibly a hall and stairway now - they look fantastic now! I really didn't think they could get that clean after some stains and traffic wear had been there for a year or longer. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past - never again! I have a friend who was talking about getting her carpets cleaned and I will be urging her to use you!

Chris was great! He explained everything and answered all my questions. He also did a great job cleaning all my carpets! My only complaint is that the door covering that is usually used didn't fit my larger sized door. So I would suggest getting a larger covering. I didn't really like having to keep my front door open for the 3 hours it took to clean everything.

The technicians - Derek Howe and Dempsey Schroeder. They definitely provided exceptional service! Dave Lee from CBS WCCO-Radio is a friend of ours. Our daughter China worked with Dave awhile back at WCCO. We wouldn't have anyone else clean our carpet but Zerorez!
