Billy did an excellent job. He listened to my explanation of the stains and suggested ways to clean the carpet that would take care of the dog stains (vomit and diarrhea) while staying within my budget. I have had one stain from a dog who died more than three years ago that keeps resurfacing. No one has ever given me the options Billy did. No one has ever brought in as much equipment, including the big fan, as Billy did. Even though it was in the evening, he did not hurry but worked on the stains including a huge coffee spill, explaining the procedures as he worked. [Background is there was an equipment failure on the truck of the first person who was scheduled to do my cleaning and Billy was asked to take his place. [He didn't arrive until almost 6 p.m. due to an accident in Brooklyn Park that delayed him.] I want to work with Billy exclusively going forward and will tell my friends how good he is.

The cleaning products are non-toxic, and I was very impressed with how clean the carpets were! I had pretty low expectations because the carpet was in rough shape, but I was surprised by how much better they looked after cleaning by Zerorez.
