I really appreciated several things about Zerorez'a service. First, their communication and response left me with no concerns or questions. They arrived when they said they would and asked me to evaluate the cleanliness of their work and appropriate junctures. The end result was fresh clean carpets.
The whole experience was a pleasure. From the initial call, the follow up to inform me of an approximate time, the call from the representative that he was 15min away, to the service itself and the general top notch service. So many service providers I work with fall short in one of those categories. I will be telling people about this experience every chance I get. In addition I was very pleased to hear that zerorez takes such good care of it's employees.

The cleaning process only takes 1-1/2 hours so it's really fast. The end result is a clean, fresh carpet and does not take a long time to dry. It's definitely a 10 on a scale of 1-10 and I will share my satisfaction with Zerorez with my friends and family.
