Our carpet ended up much cleaner and not very wet at all. Our technician was honest and efficient. They were on time and friendly. Nice approach to offering additional services - didn't push too hard. Only disappointment was the initial call - wish you had live people answering your phones. The automated system is very off-putting.

I always have your company to clean my carpets at least twice yearly. I recently had you come and clean my carpets. You also took my area rug to be cleaned. OMG! I was worried about how it would turn out - it is my favorite area rug. Well I trusted your company and that rug came back and never, ever has it looked that wonderful. I had vibrant colors in my rug and they did not fade one bit!!!! The rug looks brand new!!!!!! I just cannot express what a wonderful Zerorez does on everything, My good friend works at Pier 1 Imports store. I went into that store and told her about Zerorez. She tooks some cards because they sell area rugs and people are always wondering where to get them cleaned. She has full confidence if I recommend you, she will recommend you too!
