The carpet looks marvelous!! We have very light carpet and any tracking / mild dirt shows up like a sore thumb. The Zerorez process was quick, easy and made my carpet look and smell fantastic!
I gave you a 10, because you get my carpets super clean. But the last 2 times you've been here, there's been too much stickiness after you've left, and you've had to come back. Costly for you, and inconvenient for me.

The technician came promptly within the time frame he was expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently explained the entire process to my husband as he was doing each step. The carpet was not left soaking wet when he left and dried easily within a day. It didn't have that crunchy feeling that so often is felt after other companies clean the carpet. It looks great, and all the stains are gone, even one that had been there close to two years!
First time we had our carpets cleaned by ZeroRez and am very pleased. Old stains left behind by other cleaners are gone. Josh was our tech and was a hard worker and very customer centered.
It was a quick and easy process. Our cleaner walked me through various treatment options and in no way did I feel pressure to purchase any of them. However, when I did make the choice to have a deeper clean done due to having three dogs, he threw in another treatment for a different area for free! Great business practice.
